pattern love

I have done this before.  It is sort of like childbirth I guess, as I am considering doing it again, only maybe a smaller area………….    I LOVE these prints and want my guest bathroom walls covered in the first pattern, chocolate and cream…….anyone want to do this for me?  as I know it is work……………   but it would be so lovely!!!

went to a sale today and they had a vendor who was super talented!!  I love his jewelry.  I have a super cool cuff that he made out of a license plate.  Today he had some really beautiful cuffs made from road signs, the coolest colors!!  and then a new design he makes out of recycled camera lenses.  Really neat!  He has none listed online, but I found this other designer that makes similar ones.  super cool gift for your chic photographer!!!

so, I just took a moment to look through the Pottery Barn Teen magazine before I threw it……..and much to my delight, I see they are carrying the capiz pendants…..I think if you went back to my very first post, there was my dream Capiz fixture..in fact, I believe it is why I started a blog….I still want them……….but I am starting to see the problem.     I saw them in the magazine and realized they are small ones, I want a large one, but I have no problem hanging them in multiples.   I quickly look at the price and I think……$129  well, I do love them, I think I might need them……………and then I notice in small print……   you actually have to buy the important part of the light fixture on another page, and I am thinking……..for $129, I think you could have sent me a cord, as I was thinking of 3 or 5 or 7 of them, and I haven’t even looked at the other page to see home much the “important” part of the light is……..even if it is $10 or $15, whatever, I am thinking, really?  really?  that irritates me…………..so, I throw the magazine away……

you are right,  I discovered………  I am cost-effective…………   ugh!!!!!!!!!!!

i cannot imagine………..

this world we live in is so many different things to so many different people, we have full and empty, busy and boring, warm and cozy, cold and indifferent…….  there are tragedies and miracles………..  and sometimes it can be all of them together at the same moment………..   I cannot imagine walking this walk without God in my life, it is a choice we make and I choose it.   with Him, there are unlimited possibilities and many miracles.  I say this today because I see a family who walks with God closely and they need your prayers, will you?
