I did it!!

this morning I had computer issues, so I shut my computer down and restarted it and for some reason, when I opened outlook, I found this email from 2005.  An email from one of my best friends in the whole world!  An email from somebody who adoped myself and then my husband, and then our children as her grandchildren.  Somebody we clearly adore…….and I thought I should pass it on……

I was thinking…

        I could die today, tomorrow or
next week, and I wondered if I had any wounds
needing to be healed, friendships that needed
rekindling or three words needing to be said.
Let every one of your friends know you love them.
Even if you think they don’t love you back…..you
would be amazed at what those three little words and
a smile can do.

Christmas Classic

a little suggestion from your “florist”……….first of all, go classic, the glittered, painted cheesy stuff could be left for somebody else, and the foil wraps too……..   I use an urn, or boxes, or something super cool to put them in………classes them up and makes a traditional plant look expensive and new………also, maybe you don’t know this, but you can cut off stems, so if you want a really fun centerpiece or just make your poinsettia dollar really go far………..find some fun containers that all match maybe at Target, or a dollar store, or a goodwill, and maybe they are all just the same color……..and clip and place, you will get many compliments!!!

oh, and clip in a sink or by a sink, know that poinsettias bleed milky……  now, this might be my last post before Christmas, so, a wonderful, merry, merry, merrry CHRISTmas to all of you!!!  I am grateful for you.
